Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for “Lady Pill Reminder” on your Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e?
- Open the “Settings” of your device.
- Choose “Apps”.
- Find “Lady Pill Reminder” in the list of apps.
- Tap on “Lady Pill Reminder”.
- Choose “Battery”.
- Tap on “Optimize battery usage”.
- In the drop-down list at the top, switch from “Apps not optimized” to “All”.
- Find “Lady Pill Reminder” in the list of apps.
- Next to “Lady Pill Reminder”, make sure the switch is turned off, i.e. with its knob or handle at the left.
- Leave by pressing (“Home”) at the bottom of your device.
